Refund Policy

Overview

Your satisfaction is of utmost important to us so we do our best to ensure that every product and service description is as accurate as possible so you know what you are purchasing before you purchase. Some of our products are created, shipped, and distributed by third-party vendors and thus Ruvelle is not liable nor responsible or the quality of the products.

Plants

Plants are eligible for a refund only if all of the following qualifications for damage are met:

  1. You must provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the plant via email otherwise it will not be eligible for a refund. For example, if FedEx confirms delivery to you by Thursday 10am local time, you must email us with photographic proof by Friday 10am local time.
  2. Damage that qualifies for a refund includes:
    • Plants—Packaging: more than 25% of the foliage (including stems, leaves, flowers) is clearly damaged due to issues or damages incurred during the packaging process.
    • Plants—Quality: more than 25% of the foliage (including stems, leaves, flowers) is visibly yellow or brown due to plant quality or watering treatment prior to shipment.
    • Plants—Pests: there is a visible infestation of mealy bugs, aphids, spider mites, or fungus gnats present.
    • Non-Plant Items—Packaging: there is clear damage that impacts functionality of the item in question. Examples here are shattered planters, cracked fertilizer bottles, non-functional moisture meters, and empty soil bags.

Loss of product due to porch pirates or theft are not eligible for a refund.

Greeting Cards

Lost or damaged greeting cards are not eligible for a refund. If the wrong card was mistakenly sent to you, please email us with photographic proof within two business days.

For example, if USPS confirms delivery to you by Thursday 10am local time, you must email us with photographic proof by Monday 10am local time.

Books, Journals, Digital Products, Membership Dues, and Event Tickets

There is a no return and not refund policy on books, journals, digital products (e.g. workshops, courses, masterclasses, etc.). Membership due for The Ruvelle Experience must be paid on time based on the agreement at the time of joining and are not eligible for a refund. All Event tickets are non-refundable.
